Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 12, 2026

At SERPbay, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any data you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your personal information and connected Google account data.

1. Data Collection and Scoping

We only collect information that is necessary to provide you with search performance insights and semantic SEO strategies:

  • Account Information: We store your email address and profile name to manage your registration and authentication.
  • Connected Search Console & GA4 Data: We request read-only access to your Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) properties. This data is pulled in real-time to render your metrics dashboard and feed into the AI strategy session.

2. How We Handle Your Google Analytics & Search Console Data

Your SEO metrics data is handled under strict privacy standards:

  • We do not store your raw database tables or long-term analytics logs. Google data is fetched via OAuth tokens on-demand.
  • We never sell, distribute, or share your traffic metrics, search keywords, or sitemap information with any third-party advertising services.
  • All fetched snapshot metrics are stored locally in secure sessions to display the dashboard and generate immediate strategy briefs, and are cleared regularly.

3. Cookies & Security

We use Google's official, secure OAuth 2.0 interface. This ensures that we never receive or store your Google password. Your login session is encrypted via HTTPS, and we use standard security measures to protect your access tokens.

4. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

5. Inquiries
