Welcome to SERPbay (the "Service"). By accessing or using our website and AI SEO chatbot services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Accounts and Connection of Data

To use the primary features of SERPbay, you must sign up and connect your Google properties (including Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4). You represent and warrant that you own or have the explicit authorization to access and share the data of any connected properties.

Our access is governed strictly by the official Google OAuth 2.0 protocol on a read-only basis. We do not write, edit, or modify any parameters within your Google configurations.

2. Permitted Use & Credits

SERPbay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for internal SEO analysis and content planning.

Your usage may be regulated by "credits". One credit is equivalent to one AI SEO strategy message or query. Limited plans have specific monthly credits caps, while the Beta plan offers unlimited credits, subject to fair-use policies to prevent API abuse.

3. AI Content Disclaimer

The Service provides AI-generated recommendations, optimization strategies, and title suggestions. These are based on historical analytics metrics. We make no guarantees regarding search engine ranking increases, traffic improvements, or conversions. Implement SEO changes at your own discretion.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you are in violation of these Terms or engaged in unauthorized data scraping or API abuse.
